Our Macadamia Nut Butter

We would love you to try our delicious Macadamia nut butter. It contains ONLY fresh healthy NZ Macadamias, grown in our small family orchard.

They are hand picked, dried, lightly dry-roasted, and crushed to release the more intense flavours of the Macadamias. No salt is added. You may need to stir before eating, as the oil tends to rise to the top because we do not add emulsifiers. Other nut butters are often made with hydrogenated oils or palm oil which contain a lot of saturated fat.

Our favorite way to eat it is thickly spread on Vogel toast. It also combines well with honey or jam. Gourmet cooks find many uses, including coating fish or beef.
